A: The clear window pane will require cleaning from time to time. You can remove the glass pane from the unit by pulling the clasp located on the bottom of the unit. I hope this helps!

Slim to fit

Its BLACK, not AQUA GREEN like title states.
The description says aqua green. The pictures and video have all three colors... they sent black/charcoal. No other color is in stock. I never leave bad reviews, but this wasted a lot of time waiting for the shipment, standing in line to return INSIDE the store(no curb returns for this item), and having to shop for a toaster last minute. This process wasn't fun at all. I wouldn't have bought it had I read black in the title. They need to change the title.

In this day of expensive ktchen gadgets that do several things only fairly well, it is a breath of fresh air to find one again that does one thing exceptionally well!This toaster toasts to perfection. Its toasts fast, evenly and is a breeze to use and keep clean. Added with the see through window to allow you to see how uts toasting, its darn near fool proof!There are some reviews that mention it only toast on one side, well I'd venture to say they never read the instructions and had it set to "bagel" which when set surprise surprise... only toasts one side.This toaster is easy to use but read the instructions they are included for a reason (as will all products)
