  • A: I specifically asked if sticks were reuseable before ordering the product and the AI Assistant said yes. The manufacturer in this question log said yes, reuseable plastic. I received four paper cones and instructions on how to make more. I am retiring the machine based on this issue alone.

Caught on fire

Caught on fire in first use. I was supervising my teenage daughter. They made two then took a break. Made another one and while she was spinning the wand it burst into flames. We are lucky her long hair did not catch fire. Sitting in my flower bed while it cools down. Will be returning.

The machine works great and makes really fluffy cotton candy. My box didn’t come with a scoop for some reason and it would have been nice if it came with some test packets of sugar mix to test as soon as you open it.

Was worth the price of 17.00 not the original 40.00. But it is messy & not easy to use especially for children. Opening to twirl is way to small but for 17.00 & only being used a couple times a year it is definitely worth it.

The disk that holds the sugar came bent.

The disk that holds the sugar came bent. So it wasn’t spinning at all at first and started smoking. I stopped it immediately and tried bending it back in place. It’s still not super straight, but it actually spins now. Once I got it to work, the kids loved it. It was easy to use! It would be great if I can get a replacement for the part that was bent though.
