Q: Does it cook both sides of the egg at the same time? I was hoping to use this to cook over easy eggs without having to flip the egg since I have a hard time flipping eggs without breaking the yolk.
A: Both the top and bottom heating elements operate at the same time.

Q: Can I use the waffle inserts (different shapes) inside of the mini griddle?
