Q: The lid is slightly larger than the opening of the pitcher, and the spout keeps it from sealing around the outside, but it’s too wide to fit inside the rim of the pitcher. Is it supposed to balance awkwardly on the edge and be lopsided on top?

Q: Is this supposed to come with two juice heads? Mine only had one.
