Great product and best on market
Our Naturopathic suggested the DaVinci ADK. Prior to using, I had eczema since I was a kid, and have not had it now going on 10 years. My husband had Psoriasis, and he no longer has that . DaVinci is a trusted laboratory, not connected to the big manufacturers of "factory" supplements. ADK is especially important now with the pandemic.

Made a slight difference
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started taking ADK in hopes it would increase my levels of Vitamin D, which have been low on my last few blood tests, and decrease the back pain I have which is amplified by my workouts. Even though I have taken this consistently for a month, I've only experienced a very mild change in my muscle pain. It still occurs as frequently, but is only slightly milder and for that, I'm giving this 3 stars. I don't know if taking it for longer will help it more, but I'm willing to try. Given the opportunity to reevaluate in another couple months, my opinion on this might change but for now, I'm not sure. I would recommend giving this a shot as it's not super pricey.

Noticeable Differences wow!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can be deficient at times in vitamin d so its essential to my well being to take a supplement, this one has to be the best I've taken ever. The capsules are smaller is size comparably to others , there is that typical not so pleasant vitamin smell but hey you get that ! (At least in all the best supplements you do) I have noticed my all around well being just is better and my nails are always dry and brittle and not now these definitely make them stronger and grow. I have fibromyalgia and cervical spinal stenosis and a pretty severe curve in my spine and I have to say I do feel a bit better taking these! I would definitely recommend and I plan on buying them again!
