DC Comics Superman Handheld Flying Krypto Vehicle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a parent, Im always on the lookout for new and innovative toys that are both fun and practical and this Spin Master Super Hero, Flying Krypto toy really delivered. I absolutely love that its USB-C rechargeable - no more endless battery runs! And the plus is that it comes with the cord. Its super lightweight which made the fun easy to get a hang of. The instructions were very straightforward enough that we were up and playing in a few minutes. All my kids of various ages were excited to try it my 8-year-old caught on very quickly and had an absolute blast, while my 6-year-old found it a bit tricky to control with their smaller hands. I would recommend this toy for ages 8 and up, for independent play but can be fund for the entire family. One thing to keep in mind is that it can be a little unpredictable as it did shoot straight up and hit our ceiling at one point, so definitely avoid playing near stucco or anything fragile. As a parent, I appreciate how easy it is to put away and turn off. Although I do wish it came with a case or better storage option since the wings are very delicate. Overall, its a high-energy, exciting toy that brings lots of smiles and laughter. I personally love any toy that gets my kids moving. Just be ready to supervise during those first few flights!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, this toy is straight-up cool. You charge him up, press the button, and boomKryptos flying like he just clocked into superhero duty. My kid figured out how to control him by waving his hand underneath (yes, like a Jedi), and the fact that the tail actually wags while hes flying? Adorable. The sensor is super responsive, and its surprisingly easy to keep him hovering without smacking into walls or ceiling fans. Alsohuge win for parentsthe propellers automatically shut off if little hands get too close, which honestly saved us from at least three mini finger injuries in the first hour. It charges with USB-C (bless), its safe, and its gotten my kid to actually put the tablet down. If your kid loves Krypto or just wants to make something fly around the house like chaos with a cape, this toy is a solid yes. Took a picture to attach before we even opened up the package - I know I'm not getting it back into my hands for a while!

There was no remote needed but wish there was, was touch to guide with our hand. USB-C rechargeable which was great, no batteries and no hassle. We felt it was definitely more of an outdoor toy. Its fast, unpredictable, and kept flying away but once we got the hang of it, it was super fun and responsive with a cute tail wag too. Not ideal for indoor use in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. The packaging claims that the Flying Krypto you can hand glide its flight. However no matter how many different ways we tried it was not possible to hand glide the toy- up or down, or left or right. My concern is that there may be a potential for injury, especially if it starts heading towards my kids face as there is no way to direct the toy- it just goes on its own. Adult supervision definitely required for this toy just because of how unpredictable it is.

I understand that in order to fly, the toy must be pretty light, but it ends up feeling cheap. The wings are not removable, so you cant play with it as a figurine. Its a little slow to start up, but then it gets LOUD. Like, so loud my kids got scared rather than excited. Also, controlled by your hand is a wild exaggeration. If I can manage to get my hand under it, yes, I can stop it from lowering. But I cant change its direction or control it in any way. It flies haphazardly and bangs into walls and ceilings. The only fun part about playing with this toy was making fun of how awful it is. I honestly dont understand how it ever made it past the prototype phase. Save your money!

It was a bit difficult to work but with some practice we got the hang of it. Would recommend for kids over 6 its a bit tricky and can hurt if it hits you. We played with it in the open field so it wouldnt get caught in any trees. Was great entertainment and fun for the whole family. Easy to charge. I will say the only negative I have is that the material feels a bit cheap and a longer charger cord would have been better. Overall I would recommend this product a great gift my kids loved it.

My 8-year-old absolutely loves the idea of Krypto the Superdog flying around the room! That said, it does have a bit of a learning curve it can fly away quickly and crash if youre not careful. It takes a few tries to figure out the right way to guide it without sending it into walls or furniture. But once your child gets used to it, it becomes a blast to play with! Note: Best used in an open space and under supervision. Recommended for kids who love superheroes and flying toys. A cool little gadget with a big personality! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] packaging was good but removing the toy was hard. like i was going to break the toy blades as it was well compact and fit which is good. i was skeptical to give it to my son as myself as well was having trouble figuring out how it works. blades was very powerful even turning it on first. and became more powerful which is scary lol. i did try outside but failed. i for sure wrong of what i did as it doesnt work well on my end, instructions are complicated . giving 3 stars as it was well made and character are on point. battery power seems great !

The flying superdog zooms, hovers, and performs wacky airborne antics, which gives my little one so much fun playing for long hours. It is better to play outside, as there are no obstacles to hit, and my kid enjoys running around with it. I think the kids would enjoy much more while playing it with other Superman toys like action figures and plush, etc. This can make it a great gift preference.

While the toy looks fun and interesting, I was disappointed with its safety. It doesnt stop when something gets close to the fan, which makes it dangerous for kids. My daughter tried to grab the flying dog while it was in the air and ended up getting hurt by the fan. I would not recommend this for younger children unless theres better protection or auto-stop sensors in place. Please be cautious if you decide to buy it.

When we received the package he quickly ripped open the box and started taking out the toy. I had to read the instructions for him but he couldn't wait and he was trying to maneuver the spinning dog himself. It was very cute to watch. To be honest I didn't realize that the toy had a USB cable so it took me a bit to try to figure it out as well. We love anything superman related so it was extremely fun and exciting to get the toy going and we definitely took our time which kept us busy and occupied. It was so cool to see the the toy float. My godson was so in awe and was so happy. He kept saying wow; look wow. I love that spin master toys are coming out with toys that keep children guessing and occupied. There is so much excitement with all their toys and this one was definitely one my godson will tell all his friends about. I as an adult had so much fun playing with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Spin Master Super Hero Action Figure - Up in the Sky! Flying Krypto is amazing! It's a USB rechargeable toy that resembles superman's dog and a helicopter. Krypto is a white dog wearing a red superman cape. My daughter just loves it and so do I! Once you turn on the toy, you have 6 seconds before it takes off. Krypto will move his tail prior to taking off. The recommendation is that you let Krypto lift off your hand and then you continue to use your hand to guide Krypto and allow him to hover. I found the speed and the intensity of the helicopter propellors to be intense so instead it was safer to place Krypto on the floor and let it lift off from the ground directly. It will then rise and whirl around on it's own. You need to make sure there is ample room for Krypto to hover. If the propellors hit any objects they will stop and Krypto will fall. The propellors whirl at fast speed so make sure they do not hit any fingers or it will hurt. The toy itself is very lightweight and durable which allows for easy lift off and flying and no worry about it breaking if it hits an object and falls. Krypto's legs are adjustable so he can be made standing or lying down to resemble flying. Krypto takes about 45 minutes to charge completely and has about 15minutes of flight time before the battery dies. It comes with a small USB wire for charging that can be plugged into a laptop or cell phone charger. The toy is recommended for children 4+ however there should be supervision at all times due to the speed and intensity of the propellors. There are 6 propellors on the toy and they do make a slight whirling noise while they are in operation. Things to note is that Krypto does not bark and there is no remote to control his movements. This toy is exciting and cool to have. It's new and innovative and is very entertaining.

If it hits a wall or any object, it doesn't shut downinstead, it starts flying erratically, which is dangerous. It also struggles to properly detect hand movements. Sometimes it takes off very high, while other times it stays close to the ground. It's difficult to control or stop.
