The Threshold 15-minute hour glass is a simple, yet trendy piece to add to any room. I needed something else to add to my mantle and it was the perfect item to go with my decor.

Not an hour glass. More like a 20 minutes glass

Love this! Purchased it for my office and use it to keep track of my appointments without looking at the clock which can be distracting. Also the kiddos love watching the sand fall.

Bought this for my husband as a birthday gift. He loved it and it is so pretty in our entryway. Our kids also love playing games and timing themselves w/it.

Not an hourglass, but a fifteenminuteglass. A simple notice on the product would have been sufficient to explain the functionality.

It’s beautiful and functional but definitely NOT an hourglass. It’s a shame, all they had to do was use 4x the sand and it would have been perfect. It’s still gorgeous.

Looks beautiful, times for 15 min and 30 sec (give or take a few seconds) and it’s practical for me when I’m trying to get something done within a set amount of time or setting a limit for myself. I absolutely DID NOT come to target for this BUT target got me again 🤣 please note: I read the reviews about irregularities, I’m assuming they resolved the quality control issue because mine is perfect 👍🏼

The item looks beautiful but only times for approximately 15 minutes. The sand is black, the base is white marble, and the holder is not gold. The metal is a brushed nickel finish. Only for a quarter of an hour: decorative but functional. This is worth the money and sturdy. The style is a mix of modern, vintage, minimalist, and industrial due to the material and metal finish.

I really love the black sands of the hourglass and it fits well with the aesthetic of my home! I went to the store to pick mine out and there was a lot of variation of the models available - some had unevenly colored marble bases, and some had cloudy glass. The one I picked wasn’t perfect as the base metal was gold and the rod section holding the glassware was a more brushed silvery color, so there was some mistake in the anodizing process, however it works because it looks like an intentional mismatch since it occurs on the two distinct pieces. It doesn’t bother me, but I think it would be best to pick your piece out in the store in person since there was such variations. Overall I love it but there’s just some continuity issues that take it from 5 stars to 3.

Came back for this after seeing it. There aren't many other options for hourglass decor that are this nice for the same price. It's very heavy and looks very nice. My decor theme is gold, marble, and black, so this was perfect. I was a bit disappointed that it is only 15 minutes long, but I don't regret buying it at all!

This is literally a fake hourglass, it only works for one thing: deceiving your loved ones. Do you think this hourglass actually counted by the hour? Guess what, it doesn't. Another good use it has is giving it to your spoiled daughter who cried for 15 minutes because she didn't get enough Martilennis' Apple Juice bottles at target. That's right folks, this hourglass only counts up to 15 minutes. Fif. Teen. Minutes. Doesn't sound like an hour to me, fix your product before distributing it, Target.

Wouldn’t sit flat because of protruding screw on the base. Base was also stained.

Measures 14 min 52 seconds- pretty close! Nice weight to it as well, doesn’t seem too delicate to use daily.
