It allows the Transport Safety Authority (TSA) to open your luggage using a special key, without damaging it. The main compartment of this carry-on size spinner is expandable for maximum packing flexibility. This feature is great when packing souvenirs on return journeys. Great case, POOR handle quality

The rate is a review between how much I like the case (5*) and how long it last (1*). I bought my first Helium Aero a couple of years ago, and after around 1 year or travles, (approx 2 per month), the handle was stuck and it was not possible to close it anymore. I thought I was unlucky with bad case....so I bought a new one....and after one more year, the same issue! The handle is stuck and I cannot close it!

I was able to fit my husbands outfits for our little getaway and my clothes. Shoes and even make up bag was able to fin nicely inside. I do like that it extends enough to not be hunched over. I recently purchased Delsey 21" Carry-ons for our kids and 19" Carry-ons for the college-bound oldest. I'll admit that we're taking a chance on the 21" because they may be too large for regional airlines; however, the quality and design of the luggage definitely appears superior to most other manufacturers, and I look forward to using them.

I’d considered other, more advertised, bags for quite a bit but settled on the Delsey because of their quality and durability. I wasn’t disappointed. This carry-on is big on the inside, light and secure. I recommend to anyone looking to trim their luggage down to one bag. So, I have been using soft sided carry ons for years but was tired of them getting beaten up travelling as often as I do. I was looking for a piece that could provide enough room, expandability and had a place for my Surface laptop. But I had to be convinced of the integrity of the wheel action and being 6'2'' tall, the handle had to be high enough to accommodate to my height. I used it for the first time last weekend and could not believe how much I was able to pack into it, including my laptop! The wheel action was great and the handle expanded sufficiently to navigate two airports and an 8 hour trip. More importantly, while in airport lounges, the luggage was easy to open up and remove or place items into it. I would certainly recommend this produce to anyone that travels a lot, especially if tall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this carry on suitcase about 6 months ago and it has gone on 7 trips with me. Plenty of space to pack for up to a 9 day work trip. I only have a couple of complaints with the suitcase: 1. The extendable handle feels kind of loose, and as I prefer to roll it on all 4 wheels, I regularly keep it on the ‘halfway’ point to add extra stability. 2. I know this is a hard thing to solve, but the one time I had to check the bag it had a large scrape on the back of it. I’m not en engineer, but I think avoiding discolored scrapes would be avoidable if the actual shell was the color mentioned instead of white plastic being covered in coloring. I would DEFINITELY recommend the suitcase as it has served me well.
