Opened up the packaging and there was a strong chemical smell. The chair back completely falls back and is not sturdy at all. Only positive is that the material is soft but I will be returning this chair.

Great gift for little ones
My kids always had a little chair so I’ve been partial to that as a gift for other children. I first purchased the monkey chair for a great nephew that just turned one. And it was such a hit. I purchased the puppy dog chair for a friend‘s grandson that was turning a year old. Great gift!

Too flimsy
I gave it 3 stars because it’s cute and soft but my poor son flipped back as soon as he sat down. The seat and arm rests seem sturdy but the back part is so flimsy whoever sits in the chair naturally falls backwards. I would keep it, but you literally have to have it lean against a wall or something in order for it not to tip back and my son likes moving things so that’s not going to happen. Bummed but returning it.
