Q: Is there a thermos inside please answer with yes or no
A: No, sadly there is no thermos inside but it is a nice purchase. It fits a lot but my daughters broke in less than two weeks and the hinges are weak.

Q: Hello! Is the whole lunchbox (outer case and inner compartments) other than the cool pack top rack dishwasher safe?
A: It says on the outer case and everything else that is top rack dishwasher safe, but my other case warped from one time through the dishwasher on the top rack. Maybe my dishwasher runs hotter than others, but I ended up returning it.

Q: Can the entire thing go in the dishwasher or only parts?
A: It says it is, but don't trust it. The outer case for mine warped after the first time washing it on the top rack of the dishwasher.

Q: Does this deluxe bento box fit into the matching Cat & Jack lunchboxes? Would the matching water bottle fit inside with it also? I’m assuming so but wanted to ask to be sure before I order everything. Thank you.
