I ordered the elevated raised bed on the 14th of May and it didn't arrive until the 31st of May. I called on the 24th to see if it was on backorder. I waited 68 minites before someone picked up the call.The rep told me they couldn't get the orders out fast enough. It finally arrived today the 31st of May. But....they failed to include the directions. I checked online. I called customer service and they were closed. My husband put it together but it took him quite longer than it should have. Its a great planter but the instructions should be available online and in the box.

I purchased this cart last year and used it for growing herbs. Loved it, however, this year paint peeled off on bottom of cart and sides are all bubbling. Would not buy again.

I bought this elevated bed to make an herb garden on our deck, as bunnies and squirrels mow most herbs down if they are in our garden. So far, so great! It is sturdy and keeps its structure even when filled with soil. We have 9 different things planted in it and so far the critters have not touched any. I plan to bring it in to the garage during winter to prevent rusting.
I keep buying these and not because they fail!

I bought one of these, then a second, both in teal, and after filling them with marigolds and nasturtiums the first year, they have become my herb gardens, with a few flowers on the sides. They're also great for lettuces, though probably not a great planter for vegetables like tomatoes that grow tall.

The raised planter's box assembles easily in minutes and once all the pieces are together, particularly the lower grated shelf, it feels very sturdy. Next year I intend to fill it with soil and plant my tomatoes but the other option is that it can easily hold two rows of three grow bags if that's preferred. Right now it's just a holding space for a few of my plants in grow bags that were already planted. I love how it looks and functions. A perfect little addition to our tiny patio.
I would not buy again.

We like the way this looks but it did not go together easily or level. The bottom panel was cut a bit too large and bent up in two of the corners. It does not sit evenly as one of the legs is at least an inch higher off the ground more than the other three legs, which makes it rock back and forth. Also I believe because one of the legs is shorter the shelf does not fit level and pops out of the hook that is suppose to hold it in place. Maybe we just got a flawed version but I would not buy this again.

Both long sides of planter arrived damaged. They quickly sent out two replacement side panels. The width is perfect. Easy to reach with room for two rows of plants. I like it so much I just ordered a second one.

I was planning to grow veggies for economical reasons. But I changed direction and filled 2 of these planters with good soil, mulch, and an abundance of geraniums in every color I have ever seen and enjoyed them for months. Still going strong!!!

I purchased the teal one and it is precious. My son helped me put it together and it only took 20 min. I have had herbs, lettuce, and radishes in it since Spring. It does dry out fairly easily so I would recommend a moisture control potting mix which does help.

My food garden space is new and in flux as I learn what works best where, and I like the flexibility that these raised planters give me. As I move through the seasons, these are easy to move around the garden based on light conditions and plant needs. I do wish they were deeper, but they are working well for me now with basil, tomatoes, eggplant, cucumber, and zucchini. As I am adding more beds that are better for veggies with deeper soil needs, these will be great for herbs and flowers. I bought 2 this spring to get me started, and they are a really great addition to the other planting areas that I have started.
