Not worth the money .
I will give an honest review. Yes it's definitely cedar. It's not treated which is good. Super simple to put the bed itself together. However, the lattice is a whole Nother issue. If I would've known that I would've had to piece together the Lattice I would not have purchased.!! There is literally more pieces for the lattice than anything.

Great planter!
This was pretty easy to put together in 10-15 minutes for a not-so-handy woman. Looks nice and is quite stable. I have herbs planted in it and they are flourishing with the nice depth of soil.

Assembly was not difficult, easier than expected. Once assembled, the entire planter box is sturdy. The workmanship is also very good with each board intact and the surface and edges of the wood blocks feeling smooth to the touch. The bottom of the planting box is open, so there is no need to worry about water accumulation, and the roots of the plants have more space to grow and absorb nutrients. It is also equipped with a large shelf to help the growth of climbing plants. I love that this planter box is exactly what I needed and I would consider buying another one.

High quality material, easy assembly
We are quite satisfied with this purchase of raised garden bed. The planks are sturdy and flat. Although they appear to be made with real wood, the surfaces and edges are all smooth and free of splinters. The hardware is of the right amount. We like how big (4 ft by 4ft x2) the planters are. The bed is a little shallow for some deep-rooted plants, but since this is a bottomless bed to be placed directly on soil, this shouldn't pose much problem. The 3 trellises are impressive and we are excited about planting beans and cucumbers! The overall assembly is very easy, except for the trellises, when a certain amount of precision is required. We recommend this product.
