Vego Garden 10-in-1 Modular Rectangular Metal Outdoor Raised Garden Bed 48"x96"x17"

This bed was so easy to assemble. I have 4 and will be ordering two more. Using an impact driver with a 10mm bit did save me a lot of time in the process! I am assembling it on ground cloth, and will be filling around with pea gravel, my hope is to have it two beds filled this week for a fall garden, and to use down limbs through out the winter to fill the rest of the beds in the early spring.

Product came in a small box packed tight and very secure. Absolutely no issues at all with assembly. They are light enough to be able to assemble in a garage and one person can carry them to the garden after assembly by standing in the middle and grabbing the sides. This allowed me to build on level ground out of the sun and not lose any nuts and bolts. The bed is very sturdy and is a great upgrade to our garden! We love them!

I’m assembling this myself (70+ grandma) and it’s pretty simple. Read directions. Does scratch easily already which is a bit disappointing but then I expect there will be scratches. Bought to replace wooded rotting beds. So much better.

I have over 12 garden beds from Vego. The best thing about them is the ability to reassemble them into any shape you need. I’ve already reconfigured 4 beds because I decided to change the layout around the pool area. In the photo, you can see a bed that has been used for 2 years. The safety edging looked like on the photo in the first month of use, but it hasn’t changed in two years. Hopefully, this doesn’t affect its functionality. There are small rust spots near the bolt holes, but otherwise the bed is in great condition — I think it will easily last over 10 years! I’m planning to buy 4 more beds in November.

I love the 17" height, which helps with sciatica when gardening. I've replaced five out of six wooden beds as well as the flower boxes as they rotted out. I'm excited to replace the last bed this Fall. These look great, are easy to put together, and I love the little extras like the safety nuts on the top rows of screws and the black edging.

I made this my asparagus bed. I'm in it for the long term.

This was a lot harder to wrestle together than I thought it would be. I recommend you have somebody help you. But it's done.

We have had wooden raised beds for about five years and they had reached the end of their life. We were looking a lot of different brand and finally went with Vego because of the size, product design, color and u-shaped design. The jumbo unit was easy to put together. We have an assortment of veggies planted in it - jalapeños, vertical zucchini, cucumbers, tomatoes, nodding onions, kale, spinach, arugula and chard. We get a lot of compliments on it when we are out in the yard. We also purchased another one in a different size. We love the depth of these.
