Q: How many milimeters thin/thick is this mouth guard? The one I have from a diferent brand is not super thick but thick enough where my mouth isn't closing all the way and I want to avoid that.

Q: Are there stovetop directions included in the box? (I see there are microwave directions.) Thanks!
