The new redesign are terrible! The old pads never leaked. The new ones leak frequently. My 88 yo father has used these for years with no issues. Since changing to new design we are constantly changing his clothes and sheets due to leakage. The only recent good reviews are from Influencers...obviously they don't use the product. GO BACK to old version if you want to keep you customers.

Strong and reliable

Great protection

This new shape product provides very little coverage and leaks far more than expected. The material is extremely thin and does not feel reliable or absorbent. Overall, the design sacrifices function for appearance, and it does not perform well compared to other products I’ve used. I would not recommend it.

Never buy again.
The new protection guards are terrible. I always used the old ones and they never leaked. The new ones leak all the time out the side. They leak into my underwear every time I wear them and cannot trust them. I bought 2 packs and returned one. the are lighter and do not hold as much as the old ones. I am driving to all the drug stores to see if they have any of the old packaging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very comfortable wearing and there’s no leakage whatsoever. It’s not like other brands where it’s not breathable. This feel very comfortable and there was no mess anywhere. I highly recommend if you’re struggling to find something comfortable.

There are no effects on your skin, though I would recommend that you must have taken opinion from your doctor. the guards do not have any order until you remove it

Whoever designed these has obviously never had to wear them. The old design wasn't perfect either, but theh were thicker and because they were thicker it allowed the male "anatomy" to sort of form a pocket that kept said anatomy situated in the center of the pad. The new ones are thin. Because they are thin, they allow for too much movement. There are times when I find that my manhood has moved to the 3 o'clock or 9 o'clock position and the business end may be completely missing the pad. Also, the adhesive is not as strong verses the old version. Maybe if the wings on the new ones had adhesive it would be better. The wings tend to get scrunched up towards the center of the pad. Also, if the new pads had some type of pocket formed into them in the center to keep things in place. If you listen to your customers and take the advice of people who have to live with your product everyday, you might be able to produce the best incontinence pad on the planet. So far you have gone backwards from mediocre design to a horrible design.

Highly absorbent and discreet!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has been a game changer for my dad who suffers from dementia and has to wear pads like this one in case he sets himself in bed. The bad is soft, wide and very absorbent. I love how it’s packaged in a protective sleeve and has clear steps on how to adhere to underwear. The pad is discreet and does not cause excessive bulging like the adult diaper does. I highly recommend for men with issues holding their urine.

The best balance
The Depend Shields are too thin and not enough for me, but the old Guards were too much, these new guards are a great balance they are just right. They are also so extremely soft that I don’t even notice them.

Worse than the previous version!!
The new version does not have enough structure to stay cupped and causes significant leaks. Please bring back the previous version. You had the best and now you may have the worse product. How did a faulty design get released?

Gear fit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the D men’s guards for 19 years. I use about 5 or 6 per day depending on my activity. I recently purchased the newly designed pads that are supposed to be more absorbent and improved. I feel the wetness on my body in about an hour and completely wet in two hours starting to leak. These new pads require that I use about 10 pads per day and subject myself to more leakage. Will have to switch to generic products after all these years of using Depends
