To use, peel off the paper strip and make sure the arrow faces up before placing within your underwear. Depend Shields for Men are one-size-fits-all and are unscented. For heavier bladder leaks or surges, use Depend Incontinence Guards for Men. I tested the product by pouring some water on it while it was stuck to underwear with no signs of product releasing with added weight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening the plastic wrapper it stick to the paper covering the adhesive. The adhesive was very sticky and kept the pad in place nicely with the underwear. The pad was nice and thin and not bulky like some other pads. The pad needs to have a pocket to hold your male parts in place during active and static activities. I would say that would be the most important upgrade to the pad.
