The adhesive backing secures the shield in place, preventing any shifting during daily activities. The absorbency is suitable for minor leaks and post-void dribbling, keeping me dry and comfortable. However, I did notice that the adhesive can sometimes leave a residue on underwear after removal, which requires extra care during washing. This challenge is particularly pronounced for those of us who are much younger than the typical demographic for these products. From my experience, it’s extremely difficult to find a urinary incontinence (UI) product that offers the right balance of discreetness and absorbency. I am in my mid-20s and have been dealing with urinary incontinence for a few years. My condition is influenced by stress and the fact that I’ve been prescribed a diuretic, which exacerbates my urinary flow and frequency. In my opinion, the Depend Fresh Protection Shields for men are the best option for addressing this issue. Anyone with mild to moderate urinary incontinence would greatly benefit from using these. However, if your condition is more severe than mild to moderate, I recommend considering their Depend Guards or Overnight Underwear products. Overall, I would give this product a solid 5-star rating out of 5. I will definitely be recommending these shields to any of my friends and family who also struggle with urinary incontinence.

Young or old these are good for any man. These pair great with briefs and boxer briefs. The absorb the extra liquid that’s left behind while we relieve out bladder. The packing is quite discreet and isn’t bigger than your average wallet.

I think a pair of boxer briefs is sufficient for me. If I had a more severe problem, this would be a better fit for me because I do think it’s effective. I just don’t think I need it personally.
