Our bladder leak pads also feature a super absorbent core that absorbs 30x its weight*. These bladder leakage pads have a strong adhesive backing to help hold in place in briefs or boxer briefs. They also come with OdorBlock technology. Each bladder leak pad comes individually wrapped in a discreet, pocket-sized pouch for easy carrying and disposal. To use, peel off the paper strip and make sure the arrow faces up before placing within your underwear. Depend Shields for Men are one-size-fits-all and are unscented. For heavier bladder leaks or surges, use Depend Incontinence Guards for Men. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was very discreet really couldn't tell it was even there , fit nicely and you don't have to worry about adhesive failing . I tested the product by pouring some water on it while it was stuck to underwear with no signs of product releasing with added weight.

Solution to an uncomfortable problem

Good but not great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening the plastic wrapper it stick to the paper covering the adhesive. The adhesive was very sticky and kept the pad in place nicely with the underwear. The pad was nice and thin and not bulky like some other pads. The pad needs to have a pocket to hold your male parts in place during active and static activities. I would say that would be the most important upgrade to the pad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absorbent, helps with limiting odor, somewhat comfortable, fits decent, and it very discreet. Overall very easy to wear and apply. Helps with excess sweat and smell. Doesn't last that long unfortunately.
