However, to keep you feeling protected we would recommend our Always Xtra Protection Daily Liners. My husband bought me these instead of pads by accident one day and it’s all I had so I wore them. They’ve honestly been the best thing. I’m able to love a better more normal life without the constant worry of soaking through my pads and underwear. My teenager has very heavy periods as well and she’s very tiny and wears them too. She loved them and no one can tell she has them on.

Love these for my period particularly overnight!! My flow is very heavy particularly the first few days. I feel dry always that protects my sensitive skin. They can be a little bulky under clothes, like I feel like I’m wearing a diaper sometimes (should I size down??), but it is worth for how fresh and dry I feel, and these don’t irritate my skin like regular menstrual pads do. I can’t speak for urinary incontinence however as I only use during my period.

This is a great product for someone if they suffer from heavy leaks. It uses a multi layer structure to help lock in leaks within seconds after absorbing them. The best thing was the true sizing. I'm always wary, so I ordered a size up, and they honestly were too big. So, plus size ladies, be confident these will fit. I wore them for overnight backup. Because they didn't fit me quite right, I got some bunching, but it wasn't a deal breaker. They have a subtle feminine appearance and a light scent that reminded me a little of cocoa butter. Overall satisfactory experience and I would use them again.

I have used this product for years, however for the last few months I have experienced what feels like little hard rocks/balls in the panty (very uncomfortable). There is NO super absorbent core that turns pee to gel. Very disappointed. Spending my money on a product I used to love but has really gone down hill fast.

These are scented, and there is something toxic in Always brand products. I developed the most uncomfortable rash from using these post partum. (And yes I changed them frequently--at least hourly.) Do NOT buy these...or any Always products.

I much prefer this product to Depend, even though Depend has a men's product. I like this underwear better because it has double leak guards and absorbency throughout the whole garment rather than in just the front or the middle. It does not feel like paper. It does not feel nasty when wet. Ultimately, its the best for keeping it a secret that I don't always make it to the bathroom in time.

Now ironically they helped me select some for post surgical bladder issues. Luckily I only had to wear them for a few months but, the brand was effective and helpful.

I usually wear panty liner pads on my period but have to change them multiple times a night. These new always are great because they are light, smell good, fit well and are absorbent. I think I will use these for heavy flow days going forward. Tired of wrecking my nice underwear. I also decide to wear these while I had Covid. I was coughing so hard that I was having some leakage. These underpants made me feel confident, clean and secure. Great if you need a little help from time to time.

These are heavily scented, like they are doused in febreze spray. I can smell the sent through my clothing while worn. Ick. No where in the description do these state they are scented. I'll be returning these for a refund.

No where did I see online or even on the packaging that these are scented. If you want to walk around smelling like a vanilla scented trash bag then these will be great. They are so heavily scented that I could smell the opened bag from the next room.

I use these at night for bedwetting and they almost leak instantly went I wet during my sleep. They used to be very good but they shrunk the pad size and kept the same price. Very frustrating when these are the only things that would work at the store and now they dont.

They work! But my skin must be sensitive to a chemical in these because both nights I wore these I woke up in hives on my upper/inner thighs, butt, and stomach. Hives went away as soon as I stopped wearing them.
