Life Savers
These are a life saver. I have to be diapered 24/7 with my flare ups and these are so comfortable to sleep in and no one knows you’re wearing them even with leggings on! I had 2 pretty big accidents today while I was out and about and I didn’t leak! Honestly, I couldn’t tell I was wet. So thankful, these are a life changer.

No front vs back = very awkward fit
I'm ordering these to use postpartum, but upon trying one on they fit strangely. There is seemingly no front versus back. So it doesn't cover my butt at all, it's maybe half-cheek coverage lol. And in the front it comes up awkward on my belly compared to the back. If these were made to fit more like briefs underwear where there is a decided side for more coverage they'd probably be great!

Skin irriration. Felt like it was burning and no i dont have an STI.
I’ve been using diapers during my period because it feels less like a diaper than a pad does. I bought this specific one and unfortunately it started to irritate my private area. It felt like it was burning. I understand not everyone will have a negative reaction to this product but I sure did. I thought maybe it was a fluke or my skin being annoyed at sitting in this with no air and some moisture due to my period but nope it’s not. I again after reducing the skin irritation tried and it again caused irritation that felt like burning. I guess I gotta try another brand.

Better than the others, but size up!
The only reason I can't give these five stars is because the sizing is off. As long as you size up one size, I think you'll love them! I loved these more than the always postpartum diapers. They are more comfortable and feel more secure. They are also black, and feel like underwear vs a diaper.

Loose elastic in waist

Pleasantly Surprised With Comfort

However, I was heading out on a long road trip and didn't want any accidents, so I decided to try them. I think the fit was a bit small, but that didn't hinder my ability to wear them. I was surprised at how discreet these actually are and overall the comfort is good! It seemed to do well controlling any odor and helped with minor accidents!

Cute but a little bulky

I did find the liner/absorbent part kind I'd bulky--I wouldn't wear tight jeans with these panties--but they fit well, didn't slip, and I didn't feel self conscious wearing them.

Worth the cost for great protection.

They said very comfortable, the design was nice, and but too snug. It had very good coverage all day for anything she did. So if your having some laughter, sneezing or other issues that cause leakage I'd say this is a great product to get.

Great for moderate incontinence
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These will be great for medium incontinence. The pad is not thin but no more thick than a heavy flow menstrual pad. They hold at least 6 oz of fluid without leaking. The "panty" material isn't wonderful, but it has great stretch and cups well in the important areas to avoid leaks. These have a quick liquid to gel method for capturing fluid, but they dont whisk moisture away from the body, so changing them out as soon after use would be recommended.
