[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is excellent for people that has incontinence my mother in law been using another brand but same way underwear and this one since are made specifically for women she said if feels very comfortable she don’t feel any discomfort and keep the odor under control. The thick layer protects her from any leaks unless that she holds her for too long but overall she feels very secure as well. She will be buying this ones even though they are a little more pricey than the other ones but since this ones feels so comfortable she said she will keep on buying it. Comfort and reliability
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are soft and made with good durable materials. They did not irritate my skin or make me feel like I wasn’t getting any airflow. It didn’t ever feel like I was wearing a diaper, but if they had been too big they might have felt bulky. They fit me perfectly and they did the job intended for them after having a vaginal hysterectomy. I did a pre test to see how much water these could hold and if you watch the video you can see it takes a moment for the water to be absorbed. 1 cup of water fit, but when I did two cups it did spill out the sides of the brief towards the end of the second cup which is not in the video.

Stretchy, thin and discreet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always discreet has a great line of bladder incontinence products and I always feel comfortable and protected while wearing them. These are no different. They're stretchy so they fit well. They're thin so they don't feel bulky or feel noticeable while wearing. The pad is big and absorbant. I like the color, it makes it more feminine than just a regular beige or white color.

Pros: -Great fit -Looks like underwear -Not visible under clothes -Flexible material -Felt confident about leak protection -Nice, big pad but didn’t feel bulky Cons: -The scented fragrance. I understand they are trying to cover up the smell of urine, but as someone with sensory issues, I constantly smelled the strong scent and really struggled with it. - Slight skin irritation and a slight burning sensation probably due to the fragrance. I have very sensitive skin, so this may just be a “me issue”. -Makes a swishing sound when I walk, but in all fairness, I do have big thighs. Haha. Overall, I like the product and plan on trying the unscented, sensitive skin version.

Look like underwear

They hold a lot of urine and it protects you from feeling wet. When I wear them it just looks like regular underwear under your clothes. They lock in and there is no odor which means it works really well.

Easy periods
Perfect for periods. It’s good up to five hours. I would say it’s kind of a bulky feeling. It’s good for overnight use or for those with heavier. Period. I recommend.
