Has a strong perfume scent to them; I could definitely do without it. They're on the smaller but bulkier side. Size up 1 maybe, but I'd recommend a different brand that's more comfortable.

They are breathable and lightweight but thick enough to wear you don't need to worry about accidents. I like that they come in black and are stretchy so they hug and don't drop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was honestly amazed at how comfy these briefs were once I got past the annoying high cut style and actually wore them. At 170, size 12-14, I thought size Large would be plenty big for the “runs small” reviews. At first try, I couldn’t keep them on for a day of skiing when I felt them ride up my butt cheeks. A lot of bigger/older women like full coverage undies. (Imagine how the body on the front of package looks on the back? Half those cheeks must be showing! 😳) However, when I finally gave them a second chance, I was surprised to notice how the butt cheek area stretches out and sort of melded with my bottom so it wasn’t uncomfortable. While my weight was down to 161 by then, I don’t think that made a difference for the fit. I have an average, not full figured bum, but I do have a tummy. The high waisted style was super comfy over my stomach as well. Since I can feel the bumps of the fabric elastic through my clothes, I don’t understand how they can be discreet, but I guess the stretch sort of smooths out the fabric. I asked and no one could see them through my thin stretch jeans, or my thicker stretch leggings, to my surprise! I even wore the black ones with a long, loose, light colored floral dress (no slip) and didn’t see the black showing through. I don’t have a huge bladder leak problem, but I think these are a great option for those who find leaks sometimes miss their liners (or half of it) and wet their undies. This has happened to me so often, but not with the boutique panties continuous inner liner. The narrowness of the absorbing material makes them more comfortable- but I wonder how quickly it could absorb a large bladder leak. I decided to try this out seated with a full bladder (that I could hold), as sometimes a coughing episode will result in a full bladder dump. At first leak, it seemed to absorb, but with the full release the urine filled up the front of the pad too quickly, and then spilled up over the absorbing core thru the panties. This was evident even though there was more to absorb in the back. It may not have happened if I was standing. For this reason, they would probably work well for light to moderate leakage overnight, as the urine could spread out evenly without as much pressure as sitting. My biggest Con, aside from the high-cut style, is the breathability during hot weather or workouts. I did feel the crouch area warm up quite a bit on a warm afternoon. I would worry about dampness wearing them long-term during summer months. I also wish they were biodegradable, so for me, I would reserve them for special occasions. My Pros include how comfortable, soft and stretchy the material is (no elastic digging in your waistline), odor control (even after a leak) and confidence to avoid light leaks discreetly for those unpredictable long days! What a gift to not worry about those leaks that miss the liner-especially when a cough or sneeze comes along! 😍

It didn't seem overly bulky in spots where I expected it to be, but you will notice them under certain clothing. I can't gauge the amount of absorption I needed but it did it's job well with any leaks I had both morning and night and I felt dry. Now the things I didn't care for. Though they were comfortable they didn't have that fabric feel to them they claim to have and you can absolutely hear them when wearing them and moving around. These are perfumed. I wouldn't buy these purely because of the scent. It seemed like some sort of peachy floral? To me it was awful & there's so many other scents they could have done. It's very noticable & just weird and I don't like it one bit. Like did they scent it this way because they know without it that the product may get rancid smelling wirh use and bodily fluids if it wasn't scented? It smells like a knock off perfume you'd get at a dollar store. It literally gave me a headache. So if you can stand its smell, or actually like it, it's not that bad. Additionally it didn't cause any chafing nor skin reaction from it's fibers or whatever they used for the scent so that's good. But please, change the scent or just make it unscented.

These are discreet, durable disposible underwear for mid to slightly heavy urine leaks. I don't feel like they could be washable and would need to be disposed of after use. They are soft to the touch and didn't have a scratcy feel which I thought they would. The downside is they do make a diaper type sound when you move around, but its not terribly bad. The size of the product was a little smaller than I would have liked. I was in between sizes and went down a size by reviewing the size chart, but I actually should have went up a size. I like the fact that they come in the black color which I feel gives it a less diaper look. The absorption was good for a fairly small leak and even though I didn't have any large leaks while trying them, I feel it would do a fair job for absorption on a large leak. The sides do tear away for easy removal if there is a large leak. That can be a disadvantage compared to regular bladder leakage pads vs this type of disposable underwear. It's more discrete to store a pad in your purse vs these disposable underwear. The tend to be bulky when you fold them up and try to put them in your purse. All in all I would recommend for someone who has slightly heavy leaks and didnt want to use pads for fear of soiling their underwear.

I didn't feel to sure they would provide adequate support or protection. There was less odor. As for absorption i thought it lacked a little and could've been better.

They’re soft, comfortable, and much more discreet than I expected — they really do feel closer to regular underwear than bulky protection wear. These are so comfortable especially post partum. They don’t make you feel like you’re wearing ugly gross diapers. Especially when you’re not feeling your best, these are amazing and I’m impressed with the Quality and how well it held the liquid.

They come in black and fit like regular underwear, even though they are technically briefs. They have a very thick pad built into them but you cannot tell you are wearing them under your clothes. They are very absorbent and I have no worries about urine slips as they have me covered! They can hold almost a full cup of liquid without any leaks or issues! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In order to make sure I could be very honest, in my review of Always Discreet Underwear, I made sure to use them for 5 days. I wanted to test how well they fit, if they were comfortable, and especially how well they worked. I know it may seem silly, but I was a bit self conscious the first day of wearing them. One of my concerns was what if people would be able to tell what I was wearing? Thankfully I realized very quickly that was not even an issue and that no one would be able to tell. They were not bulky at all. Not only were they comfortable to wear, they fit well, and most important of all they worked extremely well! It quickly became apparent that I did not need to worry about not having enough coverage for when my bladder leaked, if I laughed a little too hard or if in the worst case scenario I didn't make it to the bathroom in time. I can confidently recommend these to any woman who have any kind of incontinence issues that they are dealing with.
