Not recommended for postpartum
The fit is fine otherwise but the waist digs in, which is not ideal for postpartum. I wore these antepartum and it was fine but stay away if you’re only buying to wear PP

Seriously, if you've been frustrated by bulky, visible, or poorly fitting products, you need to switch immediately. These aren't just great-they are definitively better than the others on the market.

Depends Silhouette
Have been wearing Depends Silhouette for nearly two years. Very satisfied with sizing, quality and absorbency. The last two packages I have purchased are not up to those previous standards. Serious leakage and size is smaller. I came across a couple of my old Silhouettes and after wearing them I am convinced they are a much better product than the newer ones now being sold.

The need for multiple body shapes and sizes
I totally agree that the companies that produce the underwear have forgotten that there are small and short women that are using the product because it is a necessity however they do not want to wear a "neon sign" showing their needs to wear them. I, personally do not have a need or a desire to wear my underwear up to my neck. I feel like there has to be a way to have a product that actually fits multiple body shapes and sizes. I can not be the only person that has the need and desire for such a product.

Hope you like ruffles on the backside!
Huge for a small woman who is 5’2”. They do not fit like regular underwear at all! The pad underneath is 12” long and about 4” in the crotch. Due to the length of the pad and where the panty line actually starts it looks as is the panty is made to fit like a thing as the pad goes up in the back about 7-8” and then the pant line starts there. Picture a Sumo Wrester. Seriously Depends does not alter the size of the pad per the size of the underwear! Also the way the pad is placed on the backside of the bunched up material, sorry to say ladies…I wasn’t looking to wear some very unattractive and very noticeable ruffled panties similar to lingerie or little girls ruffled panties! They are extremely difficult to hid even when wearing closely fitted, spandex underwear over them. Not to mention they are too long and just like the small depends they need to be rolled down! Too bad the pad sizes and the panty cover up are not measured out and made to fit smaller women! I found no difference, same frustration with the small silhouette vs the med regular depend (med b/c a relative left behind some after death). 56 years old and extremely irritated there is really nothing for petite/small women!

Could you try making a XS in the U.S.?
Awful fabric. Small is too large for a woman less than 110 lbs. 5 inches of padding in between the legs. They come folded in the middle therefore they will sag in between your legs therefore saggy pants for the skinny woman! They come up too high in the back and front. Are they supposed to look as if our buttocks are hanging out? I suppose the picture of the woman wearing the medium speaks volumes. Just imagine a maxi pad in between your legs that’s made for a larger sized woman and that’s exactly what they feel like in the front, middle and back! Too big! They are awful! A skinny woman is better off getting the small regular depends and rolling the stretchy fabric down about four to five inches to make them fit more like a misses small bikini!

Denim jeans hid the seams pretty well but wouldn’t recommend for leggings or anything tight since the underwear is not seamless.
