Find something else or just use what the hospital gives you! Trust me. I only use these for two days and ended up needing a high-dose steroid to get rid of a rash. I developed within 48 hours that was scabbed and oozing. Awful experience. As a fourth time Mom, I thought I would make things easier on myself than the layers of hospital pads and my shorts. Boy do I regret that. Save yourself the trouble.

I didn't have to deal with the hassle of a pad and disposable underwear and didn't have to worry about leaks or getting anything dirty. The only criticism I had was the leg holes were a little snug on me at first but once my swelling went down they were extremely comfortable!

A Postpartum Must Have

I could actually sleep, well, what little sleep you get postpartum, without worrying about bleeding onto my sheets. They were comfortable, easy to slip on, and simple to tear off when I was done.
