size up. I wear a size 14 during pregnancy and these are tight, easily could wear an XL for more comfort. I am pear shaped with larger hips and bum but these were so uncomfortable. im wearing them 6 months pregnant to bed for something breathable but very doubtful these will fit postpartum with a few more months of growing.

I dont think I'd recommend these at all for postpartum. The fit was super weird, I sized up (due to so many reviews saying they ran small) and ordered a large when I should've ordered a medium because they were so loose that it wouldnt cover me at night. They got the job done during the day but, as others have said, they bulk up in areas that they shouldn't bulk in and are really beady. They did stick to my c section incision too which was uncomfortable but the biggest issue I had with them was that they made me really itchy on my butt and on my belly where the elastic waist band touched my skin. I don't typically have issues with that type of material so I'm not sure why that would happen now. Granted, it could be from being postpartum, but still. Final review is: they get the job done, partially, but could definitely use some work and a drop in price because they are NOT worth it.

You need these.
A postpartum Must have! I adslutely loved these after I had my daughter. I had a c-section and these were much more comfortable than the stuff the hospital provides you. Wore these everyday while at home too. Never had any leaks or issues with the fit. They were very comfortable. I will 100% be using again in the future & recommending them to anyone who might be having a baby soon.

I have sensitive skin and I've worn these for 4 weeks straight so far; they've been great. They did stick a little on my C-section scabs and pulled a tiny one off but all in all a really good product. I usually wear a L/xl in target underwear and the large fit perfect. I would love some odor protection or coverage but still a 10/10

Tight around the legs, noisy
I am rigt in the middle of the weight range for the size i ordered. They fit everywhere, including around my pregnant belly, but are very tight and pinch around the legs. The material is cheap and noisy when you move or sit down. Really hate these!

Don't waste your money!!
Poorly designed product. The built-in pad and underwear material is so narrow, it doesn’t cover adequately leading to leakage. Absolutely hated these early postpartum and returned immediately after trying.

Sizing is not accurate
Sizing is not accurate. I recommend sizing up. The Large pack says for sizes 14-20, I wear a 14/16 in pants so I assumed it would be fine, but I could hardly get them on. You’d imagine with it being a postpartum product they would at least fit the sizes they claim to be large enough for on the package. Or that they would be stretchy, but these barely fit. Won’t be having more babies so not an issues for me moving forward. But if I were, I would not be purchasing these again.

Not what they used to be!
These used to be great. Now it fits like a weird thong and leaks everywhere! I’m not trying to be stylish while bleeding out! It was a perfect design and someone, probably a man, thought it’d be great to make these skimpy.

Not good quality
These do a good job of holding everything in but that’s the only selling point for me. I was using Depend Silhouettes for postpartum bleeding before this but thought I’d try these since they were on sale. They tear too easily and irritate my skin on my private parts.

Bean bag diapers
These are BEADY. Like hard little beads fresh out of the package. I made the mistake of not testing them out before delivery and now I’m in the hospital with what feels like a bean bag in my pants. Ridiculous for how expensive compared to underwear not directed towards postpartum. Also the coverage is all wrong in the bottom. It’s too tight around the thigh when sitting and loose around the cheeks. Stick with depends or another brand because this was a flop.

I bought these instead of other diapers because they are fragrance free which I love. But that’s about it. They are so thin and they ride up. The coverage is bad because they don’t stay in place.

A Must for PostPartum Care Kits
After reading reviews between these and the Depends, I ordered the Always Postpartum diapers. Being the last of the friend group to have babies, means you get all the good tips and tricks. Friends had told me to have the diapers ready for myself for when we get home. And so glad I did. These made it so much easier and bathroom trips about as quick as they can be when you are freshly home with a new baby. I did order a size up from my normal, which I’m glad I did. Ended up with an unplanned C-Section, so I still had some swelling and fluid retention. I’m normally a jeans size 10, but I ordered the Large pads and they fit great. Not tight, dont leave marks, and the pad inside does not rub against the incision site or irritate it at all. Would highly reccomend these to anyone putting together their postpartum care kit.
