I normally have breakouts around my t-zone, nose, and chin. I use this mask to exfoliate and detox those areas. After use my skin feels smooth and glowy. Highly recommend if you have troubled skin. Very gently charcoal mask.

I like to use this mask on my t-zone especially my nose area. The mask felt a bit tight as it was drying but my skin didn't feel dry or tight once I wash it off. I keep the mask on for about 5 minutes, then rinse off for clean and smooth skin. It really helps remove and draw out impurities.
The charcoal mask I didn't know I needed.

This has got to be the best charcoal mask ever. Easy to use…just put on face, let dry for 5 minutes then rinse. Let me tell you, I instantly felt tingling and tightening as I put this on and what I found interesting and really love about this mask, is that it has exfoliates in it. So when I was rinsing the mask off, I was actually exfoliating! Simply wonderful!! This mask is made to be used on hands as well, although I haven't yet tried this on my hands but I'm going to now after seeing how well this mask made my face feel.

It gets really tight as it dries on the skin, which made me nervous, but it didn’t over dry my skin and everything felt fine after I washed it off. It seemed somewhat effective in purifying. It didn’t seem to irritate my skin as a mask. I don’t love the exfoliating property; it’s a little too coarse to be comfortable for me. I prefer acid/enzyme exfoliants, but if I’m going to use a physical exfoliant on my face, I want a finer grain. It’s fine, but I don’t know that I would repurchase.

I took a chance on this face scrub and I have to say, it’s worth the price. While it does burn your skin a bit, it also feels nice. I always get compliments afterwards, my face feels like it’s breathing, and I swear my pores look smaller. I love that it’s also a 2in1 with it being a scrub as well as a mask. Hands down the best face mask I have ever used. I would only caution a person with highly sensitive skin just because the slight burn could be too much for you.

I like how it gets tight like masks back in the 90s. I wish I could see a little more of what it pulls out but that's me for the dramatic effect neediness! I love this product and combining with other DE products, I have extremely clear skin!

I'm very pleased with this mask. I've only used it once but I was amazed at how smooth & soft my skin was afterwards. My husband totally agreed. It's a little expensive but I think it's going to be worth it. I trust the quality of Derma-E products. I intend to use this once a week so I'll see how long it lasts.

I have had problems with other charcoal masks in the past. They are too drying or have burned my skin from the chemicals. This mask is fantastic. I got several samples and used it multiple times before I committed to buy the full size. I love it! It's gentle but very effective at drawing out blackheads without stripping my skin.
