Inspired by our exploration into new and experimental hops (and hop products), Hazetron pushes the realm of Deschutes IPAs even further. Notes of fresh pineapple, sticky resin, and candied orange combine with a soft mouthfeel in this Imperial Hazy IPA at 8% ABV and 55 IBUs.
Hazetron has futuristic associations originally intended to serve as a base for our experimentation with new hops as they become available. But, as if by magic, the Simcoe Cryo and Experimental 630 enter the beer as seemingly ordinary hops, but the flavors and aromas that emerge are anything but.
