This is MY dental tape! Works great to really scrape sides of teeth in between teeth. I like the price and the fact that it has Tea Tree oil on the tape.

This floss is a little difficult to get in between teeth. I was expecting it to be thin and sort of ribbon like but it is rather thick. Might not be a problem for people with a little more space between their teeth but it's a little tight for me. It does have a nice minty flavor and doesn't shred at all, which is a plus.

Have used this tape for years and my dentist comments on how well I clean my teeth. The tape is better for older people whose teeth are more widely spaced.

This "tape" is more like a coarse floss and it frays easily which means threads can get stuck between your teeth. A far superior product is Dr. Ken's Dental Gliding Tape which I hope Swanson will add to its inventory.
