Best lip balm
I discovered DHC years ago and after trying this lip balm, I am only using this one. I use it twice a day, morning and evening and it never dries up. Lips feel smooth and comfortable all day. It's just amazing! I don't wear lipstick often so I can't comment on how it helps with lipstick staying on.

Lip Balm Sticky but Eye Lash Tonic OK
I was very disappointed in the lip balm. It is tacky/sticky, and generally feel heavy on the lips. I do like DHC's Color Lip Cream, which has a much better texture. For a colorless product I will go back to using Mongo Kiss by Eco Lips, which is not at all sticky. I used DHC's eye lash tonic twice so far and it did seem to separate and accentuate my lashes a bit, which is what I hoped it would do. So I am satisfied with that part of the package.
