Diablo DS0608CF 6" 8TPI Steel Demon™ Carbide Teeth Reciprocating Saw Blade for Thick Metal

I've changed out a lot of cast iron drain stacks to pvc and these Steel Demon carbide Sawzall blades make cutting cast iron easy as pie. Mainly use the 9 inch and the 6 inch and they are just awesome. And the price is as reasonable as it gets.

I bought before Christmas. I uses dewalt blades before these. They don't last long as the other blades. I've used the circular saw blades and was amazed. But these left me wanting something else. The other blades get.bent and I straighten them with a hammer and keep on working these I have to remove them for a new one. I've used dewalt and milwaukee for a whole remodel job stretching over a week.with just one blade these last a few hours and the teeth.fall off.

Their reciprocating blades beats every manufacturer hands down!!!! I will never waste money on another brand, they are worth every penny!!!!

Ive been using Diablo saw blades and router bits for years, but I have NEVER used a saw blade like this!

My experiance w/ this blade and cast iron pipe (circa 1976). the blade barely makes dent in the 2" cast iron pipe ... gets so hot that the heat will damage the blade. Using a professional Milwaukee Saz-All. see images ... that small 3/16' cut on the cracked pipe took ~ 4 minutes to cut .... Diablo ... if you have questions please reach out to me...

I have chopped up many many vehicles and I have been a carpenter for over 25 years!!! I have used thousands upon thousands of SAWZALL blades,,and these Diablo blades are awsome!!!!! Hands down!!! I went thru 14 different blades cutting one bolt on a control arm and switched to a Diablo blade and it literally cut thru it in less than 30 seconds!!!!! I'm still amazed!! Thank you for making these blades!!!!

I bought this today and cut one steel post... The carbide is already chipping off the blade. Mobile site refuses to let me upload a picture.

Had to cut a bent harden pin in differential cut the blade down to size and 2 hrs later and two blades got thru both sides of the pin I have not ever had or seen any blade do that before

One of the best blades I use on the plumbing field. Never lets me down when I cut cast iron pipe on Multiple cut with one blade . Wouldn’t cut with any other blade they have bought me with one blade that I can use over an over for just about any cut pvc,copper,steel, even cast iron one blade does it all

I’ve been in the plumbing field for over 16 years. I’ve used every diamond cast iron blade on the market. Pretty much they all took about the same time to cut through with a fresh blade ( just some last a little longer). Today I used the Diablo carbine tipped blade (steel demon). I’ve never had a cast iron blade cut so fast with less effort! I’ll never use any another blade to cut cast iron pipe again ! It’s awesome!!!

Purchased a 3 pack of medium metal cutting 6 inch for $30.00 at local hardware store, told them cutting heavy aluminum for scrap they said these will cut like butter,wrong info. The teeth are to close together not good for aluminum. Had dewalt 6 inch tpi bi-metal in my saws all case, worked much better than the diablo. Does diablo have saws all blades that compare ? I'm giving poor rating only for the fact these blades aren't working on my project only. I plan to keep these for other projects, will let you know how they work.

Had to cut a 1 1/2" steel shaft in 2 spots to free up a blower and blade is still good. Where a standard metal blade didn't even score the shaft before the teeth were melted off

I had to cut some old 2" galvanized drain pipe out. It was the best blade I ever used for something like this. It ripped through it easily. What a great product.

Cuts cast iron pipe like Styrofoam. The best steel cutting blade ever.

Did some demo work and cut lathe & plaster & nails etc and it just kept cutting... now the only blade I use ..Two days of demo and it still is sharp..

I've been using Diablo blades for over 2 years and they exceed my expectations.

Tried the Diablo and was blown away by the durability of this blade. I immediately tried the diablo cutting very,very thick cast metal. It was amazing how long this blade lasted and I just used it today to cut roots out of the way , in the ground surrounding a 3/4" water service' The roots were 3 to 4 inches thiTigersharkck. Love this blade!

I purchased the blade when we were going to have to cut some stainless bolts that we were using to secure a deck railing and they cut through them very easily. We had 48 1/2" bolts to cut so I bought a couple and easily got through them with one. We then used it to cut a cast iron bath tub in half. Again, no problem.

This thing is unbelievable. Until they bring laser cutters to the masses this is gonna be my go to blade.

I had some scrap pieces of tree limbs I needed to cut into fire wod, chainsaw was broke used Diablo blade and it took no time to cut them up. Easy going.
