Wrong item and no recourse
I ordered diet tonic water, and the store gave me regular tonic water. The app will not let me return it or get a refund. The store does not answer their phone. This will be the last time I order anything from this store. This is not the first time this has happened.

wrong item in on pick up order.
reported already to the store, out of the three bottles of tonic water, one was sparkling water of the same brand. what it is an error because it was probably because they were not scanned individually, I did expect to get a credit instead of having to go back to the store for an exchange. I explained in my original email to your customer service that I don't live close to the store, hence, the reason why I go once a month or so. I also had additional items in my order that didn't belong to my order and returned to the delivery person, who explained she only delivers and doesn't do he shopping. I counted my items but I only noticed the sparkling water when I unpacked the items at home. Mistakes happen and this should have been so simple to provide a credit for the item as other stores do when this type of incident happens. Not happy I have to go back to the store to return this item.
