This book is tremendously helpful and I highly recommend everyone to read and consult this book if you need extra encouragement and helpful tips to know what to say and how to prepare for important discussions with colleagues in your workplace. Key thing to consider is communication. If you are misunderstood, your original intention can go out the window. i find the tables very useful to read. Also we get an introduction to "emotional intelligence" and its definition. To understand how emotions play into these discussions is critical so this book helps you understand how to work on that so your experience will not be so bad and things will be achieved.
