My skin LOVES this body lotion -- better than any I've found elsewhere -- but I haven't been able to open up the refill package without using scissors to cut the side open. And then of course, some of it leaks out. From now on, I'll stick to buying the smaller bottles.

I love the "Unscented" refill pouch. I refill all my glass dispensers in all the restrooms with this pouch. This lotion leaves no sticky, greasy, or oily residue on my skin unlike many other brands. It absorbs and hydrates my skin immediately. I apply this when needed and it keeps my dry heels, elbows, and hands super soft. No stains on my keyboards after applying it either! Thank you for offering an "unscented" option because the other scents are just too overpowering for me. My husband even uses it on a regular basis. Highly recommend!

My husband uses this lotion on his hands because the line of work he is in his hands gets so dry. I mention the refillable pouch to him and he told me to order it. What a great buy and so worth the money. He can fill up the bottle that he got with the very first order and there is plenty left to run him 2-3 months. The one thing he asked me was if the pouch was recyclable? Of course, I didn't know and we looked on the bag and didn't see any sign. If you have not invested in the refillable pouch, I would recommend it.

Love Dionis lotion and body cream. This handy refill works wonderfully to refill & keep using. Perfect option for my family.
