"Don't let the beauty of the cover and cleverness of the page layouts make you think this book is not a serious study of God's Word. It's filled with life, knowledge, and joy. The learning available through this study reminds me of the apostle Peter's conclusion about Jesus in John 6:68, "You have the words of eternal life." This lovely book puts the life-giving messages and deeds of Jesus on brilliant display. Read, study, decorate, and be prepared to grow."

"God, the Author of all creation, fashioned us as creative people--His 'masterpiece.' I was thrilled to delve into this latest Bible study in a great series that engages through art and all the senses. Discovering Good News in John includes wonderful stories, biblical exposition, and creative projects to help readers not just study the Gospel of John, but also creatively incorporate the teachings of Jesus into their lives. I highly recommend gathering a group to go through this study. The great research, sidebars, illustrations, and creative touches will stir the 'maker' in you to worship the original Maker. All this wisdom and beauty is a great way to learn about the life of Jesus. I'm grateful to Farrel, Jones, and Dornacher for combining their gifts as the body of Christ and showing us the way."
