Disney Animators' Collection Littles Moana Motunui Island Playset

Cute set but we were disappointed that Moana didn’t work to make any sound when placed on the marked spot. I returned the set.

So there were batteries in the toy when I opened up the toy, but what I dislike about it is that everytime we put Moana on her spot to sing it doesn’t play. I have been replacing the batteries everytime my daughter plays with it. I shouldn’t have to replace the batteries everytime.

My daughter got this for Christmas, when I opened the box up I didn’t notice any directions. Thank you to the other comments about the cord and where to put the little figurines to make the sounds. We have been playing with it all wrong (with the cord attached) for weeks. Hopefully my daughter will enjoy it more once I show her!

Ignore some of these other reviews! This is why it's important to read instructions! Yes, the cable needs removed - it is for demo only. There is a switch on the bottom. In order to activate the lights and sound, you need to place Moana or Pua the pig on the tiny shell symbols inside the play set. They act as a "key" and magnetize to the floor of the set. My 3 year old loves it.

Cute addition to the Animators’ Collection houses. As others have stated… the cable is meant to be removed! There’s even a sticker with a picture of a hand dropping it in a trash can. Our play set is fine except for the green gem doesn’t light up. I haven’t tried changing batteries yet. Overall we’re happy with it.

Very cute! Others have commented it didn’t make sense for cable to be hanging off. Cable is just a preview for the sound it makes, you remove cable from toy and use the pig and Moana on the shells to make the sound activate as shown on back of box.

Would’ve given 5 stars if they’d make it possible to move the sound cable inside the bottom compartment. It makes ZERO sense for it to be hanging off the toy. As many others have stated, not all pieces fit inside which is disappointing for easy travel. Only 3 of 5 stars because of those 2 issues.

Cute. Tree was broken in package on arrival. Seems like a common issue, so recommend to find in store to choose one that is not broken.

i love these little take along play houses! the only thing I don't like about this one is that now they integrated music and light. I personally loved the fact that it is all about kids imagination without all that battery function. still a pretty sweet toy especially as a gift!

This is a little smaller than the similar sets. It does sing, which my daughter loves. For this set in particular it is more difficult to store everything inside. We had to hang the wave out the door to keep the set together. Overall it’s a good purchase for on the go play.

I don’t like any set that all the pieces don’t fit. The sound is really limited and I don’t understand why that was even included. It’s very cute just not worth full price.

Cute play set, I like that this one is interactive. Unfortunately the moment we opened it a palm from the little tree was broken off so that was disappointing. Wasn't as well made as the others. I'd return but it's not super easy to take a new toy from a three year old.

My daughters are going to love this one, especially since there is sound and lights. Great gift for them - ages currently are 2 and 3.
