bad shipping broken products
wanted this item really bad. waited for years for it to make a comeback. I ordered it to ship to home. it came shattered. no bubble wrap or air pack. just a piece of paper in the box. no fragile sticker on the box. it's ceramic. I thought it would be packed better. reordered. huge box. shattered. no extra packing material. reordered again begging for them to try to pack it better. came shattered. ordered my fourth one. it had a smaller box and an extra piece of paper. still shattered. called to get my fifth one. and guess what? no longer in stock. imagine that makes me wonder how many other people received this item in pieces. target I expected better. use bubble wrap for breakable items

The first time I order this it was damage before receiving. I reported and sent the replacement which I have on camera the delivery person dropped it and you literally hear it shatter. I did get a refund. The box did not have fragile on it and it was not packaged appropriately.

I ordered oogie boogie candy bowl it came in box all busted to pieces I let customer service know they sent replacement that came in box by itself busted to pieces worse than first i wish they had this product in store so I cud buy it there i even tried asking target cud they order it and get it sent to store so I cud pick up but they dont offer that anymore im sad because I really been wanting the oogie boogie candy dish since it came out few years ago

I have ordered this item 3 times and each time the item is damaged. The packing on this item and others is not appropriate to withstand both delivery and arrival to the purchaser. I am concerned that theses ceramic or glass items continue to not be properly wrapped. There not suffiencent bubble wrap to protect these types of items. Thank You..

Have ordered three and all broken. They don’t come in a box, and poorly wrapped and shipped. Shipping with FedEx and ups both suck. Items thrown at door to deliver and tossed around during shipping. Do better. Maybe sell in stores or have ship to store to help damage! How many do I need to order and return to get two solid ones?!
