Looks cheap in person.

Got this for a costume for my daughter. The top part on the chest has an iron on pattern, it seems like vinyl and my daughter hated it! The skirt part is so cute and I love the detail but it looks like paper and very wrinkled, I'm afraid if I tried to iron it would burn. I'm ended up going a whole different direction on her costume last minute and will be returning this.
