Ihre Forschung umfasst die digitale Transformation von Unternehmen, die Auswirkungen von neuen Technologien auf Wirtschaft und Organisationen sowie die Zukunft von Führung und Arbeits- und Organisationsgestaltung.

Prof. Dr. Andranik Tumasjan ist Inhaber des Lehrstuhls für Management und Digitale Transformation an der Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz. Er befasst sich mit dem Einfluss digitaler Technologien und Trends auf das Management von Unternehmen und die Entstehung neuer Organisations-, HR-, Führungs- und Geschäftsmodelle sowie unternehmerischer Gelegenheiten.
