Cups are defective

I have used these cups for years and love them. This last batch is defective. The seam inside the cup thins out as soon as coffee drips in it. This has NEVER happened before. Surely others are having a issue too. . I order in 176 per package.

I purchase Dixie only for quality and safety for hot coffee. The lida do not fit.

I bought and used them this week and were terrible. The lids seemed slightly undersized and didn't seal properly. In car, lifting with one hand in car caused lid to pop off and coffee to spill. I will not buy again.

Dixie coffee cups

I’ve been using your 16 oz coffee cups for years. Always had no problem. Lately they have been leaking near the bottom of the cup. I buy these cups by the case for personal use. I am very disappointed by this happening. Never had problems before. This has been happening over the past few months. Don’t know if you’ve changed cups or what. Pictures are enclosed. Disappointed... Almost every cup leaked

I love Dixie products. I buy Dixie plates and bowls (LOVE the big bowl) but I am really disappointed in the Dixie to go coffee cups. I don't make much money, and it was a splurge to buy these cups so we could take coffee to work. Almost every single cup (except 2) leaked wirhin 10 minutes. I would never buy these again. I tried chinet cups, and had no problems at all.

Cracked lids

Recently purchased these to-go cups for my morning coffee or tea. Unfortunately all of the lids in the pack had a crack/tear on the side of the lid where you would put it on the cup and it would not seal to fit. Not ideal for hot products as the liquid will dump directly out of the cup as the lid does not fit with it being cracked open. Disappointed in the product and waste of money.

Great On The Go Cup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for on the go when you need a cup you can toss and can’t clean. I love that it doesn’t have polystyrene foam, but it isn’t as insulated as I would have liked. It does burn your hand if held for too long. The lid pops on. It did take a little bit of finagling but it worked. I love that it’s a large size cup too so it’s perfect for roadtrips or when I know I’m going to be on the go at work and need extra coffee. Very lightweight. Highly recommend.

Quality Control

Recently after Purchasing a pack of Cups-To-Go the bottom of some of the cups were not sealed properly and they leaked. Some of the cups had additional cup material on the bottom underneath. This happen two weeks later when we purchase them again.

Easy, quality, great to go cups!

They keep my coffee surprisingly warm for to go coffee cups, and doesn’t burn my hand either. Easy storage under my coffee bar make them a first thing I grab when I’m in a hurry to get out the door.

I am very disappointed that you no longer sell the above item. and haven't for a few years now. All the generic brands that I have purchased are very cheaply made. They leak and do not fit in the Dixie 3oz cup holder properly. I hope that you would reconsider manufacturing this item again. Thank you!
