Q: Purchased today, opened it at home and POOF, an overwhelming smell of added fragrance wooshed into my face. Why is this not on the packaging? I'm allergic to synthetic fragrances. Will need to return.

    What happened???

    I have used your napkins for over 20 years. I typically purchase several large packages of napkins to store in my pantry. Recently I opened a package of 660 count everyday napkins to find the quality is not what they’ve always been. It’s very disappointing because they were worth the extra money a now I don’t see that value anymore. I would rather pay more than settle for this sub-par version. I just wish I wouldn’t have purchased so many before finding out I’d rather move on to something else.

    Great product, used this for years.

    Actually, was looking for a phone number on product yo let you know that I also buy 300 napkins 2-ply. Do you know that I always have to check that product carefully because most of the time one side of product has an opening and it is NOT properly sealed up properly. I buy less of this product because of that reason.
