A: They’re made of polystyrene which is a known carcinogenic and honestly should not be used at all, let alone for food contact stuff. I would opt for a cup made of #1, #2, #4 or #5 plastics.

The cups are sturdy and seem like decent quality for the money. However, virtually all the cups had little bits of plastic on the inside and outside. I assume it was left over from manufacturing and the packaging process. I had to be sure to rinse each cup thoroughly and wipe it down before use. Not sure I'd buy these again.

Okay. These cups are good. Price is good. They are sturdy. Good amount. Only con is this last batch I bought had some red shavings in them from the cup being made possibly? I know it was the cup it self. Just make sure yours don’t! Now I’m looking inside every cup making sure we aren’t drinking red cup shaving’s.
