I've been using it and haven't noticed any difference from my other brand. Although, price-wise, it seems to be less expensive in that there are more tablets and greater mg.

I have noticed that I think more clearly when I take this supplement. Taking 1/2 a tablet for breakfast and 1/2 for lunch is enough for me.
