This product was recommended by our nutritionist to help me with sleeping. I would wake up during the night and not be able to go back to sleep, often missing hours of needed sleep nightly. I take two of the 5-HTP before bed and sleep well. If I do wake up, I find I can go back to sleep more easily. Bonus--no early morning grogginess. If you find two leads to morning grogginess, cut back to one. Great, this is a must have for health for me!
