Instructions for Use Lay the gel pack flat in the freezer at least one hour before use. Be sure to use a towel or cloth between your skin and the gel pack. When not in use, store the gel pack back in the freezer. From room temperature, microwave the gel pack for 10-30 seconds. If frozen, microwave for 30 seconds on high power. Add 10-second increments as needed. Bring water to a boil and remove from heat. Immerse the gel pack for 4-10 minutes. Check the gel pack frequently to reach the desired temperature. Test the temperature of the product before application. Do not use the gel pack directly on the skin. Always place a cloth barrier between the gel pack and the skin. Always check the temperature before application. If hot and cold therapy becomes uncomfortable, remove the gel pack.
