No better than a sock
No better than a sock. My ankle can move completely unhindered in all directions. Whatever "support" is added is undetectable. I didn't expect it to immobilize my ankle, but I expected it to add some kind of support.

Fabric is disintigrating in 2 weeks.
First, this is confusing as to how to place the straps. They need to be crossed and do not lay against eachother nicely. I have an 8"-8.5" ankle depending on how thick my socks are so the 7-10" size should fit. The tabs have to wrap around so far they are placed at the dorsal side of my ankle and the fabric is different there. The velcro has completely destroyed the fabric in 2 weeks and now the stitching is coming out. I have a futuro ankle brace from 15 years ago that is fine, and previously had a different futuro brace from high school I wore for 10 years before it was misplaced. They apparently have changed the quality of their items.

Works but wont last a week
They work but the durability is awful. The velcro destroys the fabric on the band and it causes it to tear up and unravel the stitching. I’ve only worn it to bed 3 times and it looks like I’ve had it for while. I haven’t even had it for a full week.

Like many others, I can't figure out how to put it on correctly for sure. Need a u-tube video. It can't be that difficult for you to make one, when it is obvious that people are having trouble putting it on.

Still recovering from a foot and ankle inquiry that requires PT and lots of walking tends to irritate my ankle. We grabbed this at the last minute and it worked great to support my ankle and keep it in place. I was able to walk hours longer than normal without pain. It is very easy to put on and comfrotable to wear.

Instructions impossible to understand
The instructions on the box & on the website are confusing & need more pictures to show how it goes on to the foot. I’m good at deciphering instructions, and these are the worst instructions I have ever encountered.

Impossible to figur out how to put
No instructions The pictures don’t match the contents of the box and are very confusing. Can someone tell me hoe to put this on. Going crazy. I broke my ankle and finally after surgery ant pt am supposed to be able to walk with a brace and do normal activities. I will stick to the brace the orthopedic doctor gave me. I wanted to try something less rigid but very supportive. Got this for free from Humana health insurance

Immediate difference for me — I love it!
I rolled my ankle about a month ago and it has been painful. My chiropractor has told me that it’s a sprain that will simply require time. I bought this yesterday to stabilize things hoping that would help because I’m a very active person. I have good things to report. I slept with it on — over a sock — because mornings have been especially painful. I do not know what I’m doing wrong while I sleep, but I awakened this morning and noticed that I could walk comfortably for the first time in weeks. That alone makes it worth it. I see a lot of negative reviews over the instructions. I’ll admit that I was initially not sure how to fasten, but looking more closely at the diagrams and simply following what had to be the step by step instructions made it clear. (The high ankle gets wrapped first, the next one has to go around the bottom and up and to the side, and this lower one gets fastened last.) I’m really happy I bought this!

Too big and difficult to figure out
I purchased this to give my sprained ankle a bit of support and I was having a hard time finding anything with just a little bit of support. First of all, this is horrible to try to figure out how to get on. The velcro on one piece feels upside down. I tried looking for more detailed pictures online, but the link for this particular product wasn't working, as were a few other links on the site. I think I finally figured out how to put it on, but once I did, it was too big and stuck out weirdly around my foot. There is no way I'd be able to put my foot in a shoe with this on. I'll be returning it.
