Not comfortable with shoes
Supportive but the way the heel sits the bottom of the wrap indents on the bottom of my foot. If I am wearing it in shoes it is uncomfortable after a few hours. Wearing just at home and bought another brace to wear out with shoes.

Good ankle pain relief
It really helped my ankle. It seemed to be good support so i could’nt twist my foot. I had less pain while i wore it. It was easy to put on and adjustments were easy too.
