Runs WAY smaller than the sizing chart says.
I’m giving this a 3 as of right now but will be trying a different size to see if the product is good and the sizing is just incorrect. For reference, I’m a women’s size 9 (sometimes 9.5) and this says a small would fit a women’s 9-10 - it definitely does NOT. It’s not even just snug, I couldn’t get it on. It’s so small, that even though I’ll be trying a medium, I’m wondering if I should be trying a large.

Great for sprained ankle
I sprained my ankle and this brace helped a ton. It was really comfortable to wear and the only brace that I felt gave me stability for relief. I wear a women’s size 9 shoe with a narrow foot and it was a bit hard to get my toes through especially while in pain but it worked for me.

Pros: super secure, firm support for my ankle sprain Cons: took forever to lace up and I had to unlace completely to take it off. I’m a size 9/9.5 in womens with a wide foot size D, and it cut off circulation to my toes and front foot when I had it on. I did end up buying a different brace that was looser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received this Sport ankle brace with straps made by McDavid. I like the breathable ventilated tongue and soft padded lining for very good comfort on the ankle. It is very convenient because it easily fits either the left or right foot.

Very Effective
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My partner got me interested in trail running, but the wear on my very weak ankles very excruciating. It would feel like stabbing shooting pain on some footfalls. The answer for me is wrapping my ankles. I started with plain elastic bandage wraps but there were several drawbacks - pinching and rubbing causing blisters, and a lack of customizability. This McDavid brace solves all of those issues for me. It's extremely comfortable and stays that way throughout my run. I can easily adjust without removing my shoes if I need to. There is an excellent level of support without feeling overly compressed or cutting off circulation. I love that you can pop them in the wash too. Excellent.

I am happy with it but there is only one thing I complain, I feel uncomfortable using it, maybe because of the material they used to it. I use it during my volleyball days every week. It does protect my my ankle but my sweat stays on it making my ankle itchy, I really wish it was more breathable than what it claims, but still a good product as it really protects your ankle.

Works quite well!

Since I am a runner I have had few ankle injuries in the past but I am glad now I have this ankle brace. They adjust nicely and you can tighten them up on the laces, exactly how I would like my braces to be. Love them!
