poor quality - inaccurste description

Quality is very poor- despite specifications etc this towel bar does not stand up to description. Fell/ broke off wall 3 times with professional installation do not recommend

wobbly and not sturdy. am returning for a different product, would not recommend.

bre: Thank you for your review. Please ensure the mounting brackets are flush against the wall before connecting the towel bar. In some cases, it is possible that the wall anchors are not seated into the wall sufficiently, causing them to hold the wall plate slightly off of the wall. This can cause the wobbling you described. Fortunately, you can simply use a small screwdriver to push the snap buttons and release the towel bar. You can then reseat the wall plates flush against the wall. Wobbles and doesnt do its job

I really dislike it but it’s impossible to return an installed towel bar so I likely am just stuck with it till I buy a new one. It’s not stable. The front bar falls off easily but installation closer prevents the back bar from being put in. Constantly wobbly. Just kind of expensive junk

Add: To eliminate the wobble, simply remove the post from the wall plates and tighten the wall plates to the wall. They should sit flush on the wall. If this step is complete, and the rod still falls out, it means the wall plates were installed too far apart from each other. You can use the included mounting template to mount them in the proper location.

Not functional

This “SnapGrip” technology to attached the towel rod to the wall doesn’t work at all. It wiggles around and the rods fall right off because there is no tension. I wish there was another way to install it to the wall because the towel rod is a beautiful color, it just isn’t functional because it’s too loose and won’t stay attached to the brackets.

Kaittrent: Sorry to hear you're having trouble. To snugly install the product without wobble, please ensure the wall plate is first installed flat against the wall and does not move. The wobble could be caused by the ends of your wall anchors slightly protruding from the wall, causing the wall plate not to be completely flush against the wall. We recommend checking to ensure this first step is taken, which will allow the product to firmly snap into place. We hope this helps!
