It’s a delicious chocolate cookie dough Ball wrapped up around a delicious raspberry gelato Center. It is so decadent. I have tried about five different flavors of these delicious cookie dough balls and this one by far is my most favorite. The chocolate to raspberry combination is so so good. They have a great thick coating of chocolate cookie dough surrounding a very rich raspberry gelato. They are a little costly per bite but honestly they are so rich I couldn’t imagine eating more than one in a sitting. These did not have large chunks of raspberry like the picture on the box shows which was a bit disappointing but not completely unexpected. For 100 calories for one piece, it nicely hit the spot for dessert. I like that the outer dipping is gluten-free. The ice cream is rich and creamy and the chocolate outer layer is so good- I would eat it by itself. I don’t typically eat fruity ice cream flavors but I liked the other flavor I tried so much that I decided to give this one a whirl – I’m glad I did! I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doughlicious is the PERFECT name for these tasty little treats. Raspberry ice cream inside of a doughy, chocolate cookie crumble shell. It’s like heaven in the form of ice cream. I was so excited to try them when I got home that I didn’t even take the time to let them freeze again. I was surprised by how cold and delicious they still were even though the ice cream was melted on the inside. It did not leak through and was so delicious. I can’t wait to try them frozen now. This is enveloped by a soft dough that isn't sticky, the texture of the dough reminds me of cake pops. The packaging is a bit odd, there is a sealed tray in a box but no way to re-seal if you intend to enjoy only one or two at a time. So, maybe plan on eating them all or have a freezer bag handy. The raspberry flavor overpowered the chocolate until the very end. Then chocolate came in very nicely. I wish there was real Raspberry Berry chunks. These come six in a pack that you keep in the freezer. These are 100 calories per piece. These are a great gluten-free option for those that are celiac or gluten sensitive. The outer layer is a dark chocolate cookie dough. It has kind of a bitter semi sweet taste to it which pairs well with the very tart raspberry sorbet. I just didn’t like how messy it is. The chocolate cookie dough creates crumbs. It’s not super chocolatey rich but the raspberry is very tart. I received an incentive to write this review.
