[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dove’s new body scrub seriously raises the bar for similar products at this price point! This, for me, performs as well as a mid-high range body scrub. A lot of people like the Tree-H*t scrubs and that’s been my go-to for years because of the price point but this blows it out of the water. The physical exfoliant is gentle and the crystals are much smaller than most of your common sugar scrubs. I feel like the crystals stick around a bit longer to get the job done and I definitely don’t have to use as much product so it’ll last longer, too. The fig bloom scent is nice and not too heavy. The scrub doesn’t leave my dry skin feeling tight or uncomfortable. This cruelty-free, gentle exfoliant will be my new go-to. I received this item for free in exchange for my honest opinion. Although Dove as a brand is cruelty-free, their parent company, Unilever, is not.

It leaves my skin feeling super smooth and pampered after every shower. The only thing is the texture is a bit watery not thick like most scrubs, but honestly it still works really well. It is heavily colored pink, which I think probably isn’t necessary but it does wash right off. The scrub also isn’t too abrasive and gives a nice amount of exfoliation. The scent also lingers on your body a little which is nice.

Super easy packaging, just wish they would have added a protective layer inside the product for shipping and such in case the lid broke. Definitely worth a try. It has a very subtle but strong scent that honestly just made me chill out a bit, it was super relaxing.
