It works!
This product works great, I use it in addition to my laundry detergent and it seems to get out any BO/sweat smells that regular Tide can’t quite get. I used to have to soak shirts in oxiclean to get that same effect, so this is a lot easier! The scent is good and not too overpowering (unless I pour too much in on accident). Overall I really like this product!

Disappointed so much- this is not Downy quality!
This is super gross and I’m very disappointed since I enjoy the smell of other Downy products a lot, and was certain this would be a winner. However both my wife and I agree the odor is unpleasant when you open the bottle, but was certain in the wash it would be different… sadly it still smelled gross and now I had a load of laundry to fix. After two washing with my usual soap and Downy scent beads (still love the beads) we could finally not smell this rinse product. The gross smell seems to be a mixture of awful musk and a musty Deet or sweat kind of odor. I will be returning and do not recommend the rinse products at all (because I tried the other fragrances as well and all of them have an unpleasant sweat/musty odor effect!). Hoping Downy goes back to formula to formula.

Like the product, but need new bottle design.
I like the product. Need a better way to dispense the product. After you pour it, it drips down the side. Very sticky. Have to wipe down the bottle every time. Need a pump or something else. Doesn't give clear instructions on the amount to use.

Great product needs a new bottle
It does a great job with removing stains and odors, especially caked on odors in the armpits of shirts. But this product needs a new bottle and pour spout. I have dropped and spilled this bottle so many times wasting so much product. A squeezy bottle similar to a liquid dish soap bottle would be much better and ensure product isn't wasted.
