  • A: Because the "brand expert" refused to provide accurate information, allow me to help you out. There are 8 ounces in ONE cup. So half a cup has 4 ounces. Therefore, a 5.7 ounce oackai, which is also listed as a trial size, has 1 "serving" - the rest of the weight is probably packaging rather than product. Hope that helps.

This is definitely not the type of experience we want you to go through. A lot of research goes into our bottle design and we strive to get the best quality for our consumers. We know that at times, there can be some occasional damage to our packages during shipping. Our bottles are designed to withstand a certain amount of wear and tear. Even so, plastic packaging may become damaged or break if it's dropped, especially if it lands on a seam or corner. We’ll make sure we share what’s happening so that we can continue to improve our designs. Also, we have strict quality controls and it’s unusual for a package to leave our plant with less than the proper amount of product in it. So, each of our detergent bottles contains at least the number of ounces stated on the pack, and our bottles are designed and filled to allow for proper pouring.     I love all Downy Scent Boosters but this new scent I found last week is NEXT LEVEL! I love it so much that I couldn’t wait for them to add the product to the app, I had to share how great it is. It’s not overpowering at all. It is so fresh, cozy, and a little sweet. I love how it made my towels smell! And the scent last even after drying. I can’t wait to use it on my clothes because I just know they are going to smell amazing!

    Great light fresh scent

    I love these scent boosters, they are lightly scented in Ocean Mist scent. It’s a fresh not overpowering scent that I love for my towels. All you do is dump a small amount into the washer with your clothes and they come out smelling so good! I love that the scent lasts without being too powerful or irritating.

    This scent is so amazing and clean smelling. It’s just right, light and perfect for all your laundry. The scent is soft but lasts. I love this when washing my sheets. One capful is perfect for a large load but you can always adjust to your needs. The little beads dissolve and good for front load or top load. Simply add first before your laundry.

    Your clothes will smell very good!!

    The application is very simple it is only added directly to the drum before the clothes and that's it. The dispersion is excellent, the pearls are distributed very well during the cycle without leaving residues or stains. In the wash, the aroma is soft, fresh and clean, without being invasive, ideal for daily use. The amount yields a lot; with a small dose it is enough to achieve a pleasant and lasting fragrance. In addition, it is perfect for people with sensitivity, since it is not heavy or irritating, leaving the clothes with a light and comfortable freshness.     Beautiful subtle scent

    A light scent that really sticks to the laundry. I use unscented pods and rely on my beads to add a little scent and these do the trick. All of the light beads have the softest hint of a calming scent and I love them. You get a huge bottle for a good price and it’ll last many washes! I also love the lid is the measuring cup.
