It must upsetting that the product left residue on your clothing We appreciate you providing us with this feedback and positive comments on it, but this is definitely not the type of experience we want you to go through. If you used a liquid fabric softener, the residue may be caused by the detergent combined with the fabric softener. (This can occur with either powder or liquid detergent.) In this case, wipe the residue with a damp cloth. Make sure to add fabric softener to the final rinse cycle, not the wash cycle. The best smelling fabric softener I’ve ever tried!! Smells so fresh and clean, I’m always smelling my clothes. A little bit goes a long way. Only thing is it does make my skin a little itchy.
